Hi There,
Thank you for visiting a page created for the 80 1st grade students of Indiana Life Sciences Academy! We are a tuition free and inner city charter school located on the west side of Indianapolis.
90% of our students are eligible for free and reduced lunch and breakfast. This means that VERY few of our students can afford daily meals and do not have extra money for educational field trips and diminishing classroom supplies. This is where your generous help comes in! ANY money that you donate will go directly to field trip costs and transportation. We would LOVE to take 3 field trips this year that correlate directly with our learning standards for first grade! If we exceed our goal any extra money donated will go directly to learning supply and material costs. Our first field trip is planned for October to study the biology of apples and pumpkins at Tuttle Orchards! If you are able to donate any amount please check back to this page for pictures of our trip and any learning materials we were able to purchase! Thank you so much for taking time to visit our page and learn about our needs. Please donate any amount if you are able:)
