Hello Everyone,
Art Creates Life is celebrating 10 years of service to the arts and humanity! As most of you know, we have been blessed and honored with the opportunity to travel to Senegal, West Africa on five occasions, each time strengthening our commitment to service through the arts. Since our first time over, we have taken students and adults on 10-day mission trips where they've participated in 'Christmas in June' for under privileged kids, arts festivals, and more. The mission and purpose is to build an arts development center and amphitheater that will serve children and families in Petit Mboa and Thiadiaye villages.

Since our first time over, we have taken students and adults on 10-day mission trips where they've participated in 'Christmas in June' for under privileged kids, arts festivals, and more. The mission and purpose is to build an arts development center and amphitheater that will serve children and families in Petit Mboa and Thiadiaye villages.
So far, we have been able to expand on the Petit Mboa property which has added six rooms to the facility. This has given us the ability to provide space for drumming and dance classes as well as housing for visiting artists from the U.S. We would like to see the facility continue to grow and offer classes in theatre, music and visual arts, and with your help, this dream will come true. On March 29th, 2013, we are planning a mission trip back to Senegal once again, with a few dedicated artists who will participate in The Sacred Roots Fest and continue the work. We are trying to raise $8450 by the time we depart which will support adding a studio/classroom in Thiadiaye and to begin the work on The Art Create Life Thiadiaye Amphitheater.
