Please Help 87 yrs with brain and stomach cancer

My mom was deathly ill at Christmas and also going thru cancer treatment every 2 weeks. Rita pilling my sister stole my moms property while my mom was hallucinating from prednisone and in tons of pain. My sister made sure she was medicated and was supposed to take my mom to see grandkids instead she took my mom and had her sign over her property and mom has no idea from all the medication.. this is elder abuse and I must change laws to protect our elders from financial deveatation. When there are wills and power of attorneys their must be extra sets made to protect our elders. Mom needs 5thousand to start the processing and get her property back where she can live and die in piece. My sister and her family have done this in the past that why mom had all the legal paperwork...please help me fight for the property to be back in my moms name.
