On Monday September 16th at 5:37 our lives changed forever, a horrible motorcycle accident happened to Karen an wayne. As you all know mom got air lifted to HCMC and Wayne by ambulance to Mercy. Within the first week mom has already had 3 surgery’s and still more to come. She will have a very long road to recovery and will also have to relearn to walk again. Wayne also had hip surgery, many broken bones and also a long road to recovery as well. They will both have to transition to a stay in a rehab faculty. Karen’s will be more extensive as well. We will probably have to do some kind of modifications to the house as well to make their life easier as they will not be able to use stairs for quite awhile. We appreciate every thing that everyone has done and any little bit will count as the medical bills keep coming in. and their lives changed forever- thanks so much for all the support.
