Fight for Alicia

My name is Kim and in October 2012 my partner - my love - was diagnosed with Stage 3 cervical cancer. She is an incredibly strong person and has been going through treatment since she was diagnosed.  unfortunately the cancer has spread but being the fighter she is she refuses to give up.  We are now seeking out all treatment options possible.  We will be going to MD Anderson on January 7th to seek treatment there since it is the leading cancer research facility in the country.  As most can imagine the medical bills alone are overwhelming but we are also looking at large travel expenses.  We are keeping a positive outlook for this trip and really hoping they will have treatmemt options for her. When that happens we will need to stay in Houston for an extended period of time. That will mean living expenses there as well as our regular monthly expenses here in GA.  So any help that we can get at this point is a welcome blessing!
