He took him to the police station to answer for the wrong he had done. What Johnathan did meets the elements of Kidnapping, but that wasn’t his intent. His intent was to secure justice for his daughter and to prevent this young man from preying on anyone else. He has been charged with 2nd degree kidnapping and lost his job because of his actions.He faces financial hardships and expensive legal fees in the coming months.Taking this case to court will cost up to 20,000 dollars.
