I’m reaching out to all my friends for URGENT HELP for my cousin/sister who raised me when my parents were busy at work, she would help me with my homework, take me to my dance classes & more. Right now she & her family are in a very tragic situation, as she just got diagnosed with Chondrosarcoma, a cancer of the bone and soft tissue. Surgery can control the spreading of the tumor and they have to act fast, as metastases develops in 90% of the patients with this type of cancer. The 5-year survival rate is usually a maximum of 20%. This situation has left her family,husband & 2 kids struggling to manage finances due to the high cost of medical expenses. My country can’t do that kind of surgery. That is why they have moved her to Russia to be able to do rest of the medical tests & have the URGENT surgery to prevent the cancer from spreading all over her body. Just to do that kind of surgery, transplanting bone from her leg to her jaw bone, they are asking her family to pay over $20,000 for the surgery plus pay for the cost of all the medications & hospital expenses. I would like my cousin/sister and her family be able to focus on her recovery , and not have to worry about their lack of funds, so she can get to her surgery & treatment.
