Savanna’s Journey

Savanna was in a bad accident on Wednesday June 26, 2019, she was burned really bad with 39% of her body burned and has already had 1 surgery on her leg to relive pressure from swelling and will have more Skin graph surgeries in the next day or so. She is going to have a long recovery. Joanna is able to take as time off as she needs to be with Savanna but does not have PTO so she will need help. All your prayers are needed as well for healing and comfort for savanna and her family. Doctors foresee her hospital stay 3-4 weeks with rehabilitation following.
Savanna will need a lot of extra care even after hospital and rehab. We will have to be vigilant for the next year keeping her safe from the sun so protective clothing will be a must.
