Gab’s Top surgery

As a lot of you know I’ve made the decision to start to be who I really am. I’ve started Testosterone and I’ve changed my name. The next Big step for me is to get Top Surgery which is a procedure to remove my Breasts and have my chest surgically reshaped into a males chest. This Surgery is very expensive but it is very important to me! This surgery means I won’t have to hide anymore. It means being able to breathe free of pain and restrictions.
