Support for "Team Mike"

We have received many requests from friends and family to bring food or offer support in some way to Mike's family at this time. Therefore, we decided to set up this GoFundMe campaign. Any donations (and do not feel that you need to donate anything!) will be put mainly toward food and transportation costs for Mike's core support team--his family. We are not trying to reach "a goal" right now, which is how GoFundMe operates, so the "goal" listed is kind of arbitrary. Anything beyond "the goal" is added to the total as well.
