Surviving A Second Total Loss

Hello, my name is Angela Rackham. On the evening of May 20th 2019 my uncle Kurt was showering when his furnace exploded catching his house on fire and burning it to a total loss. His cat is still missing and its unknown at this time if she may have been stuck in the home. Kurt has been to the scene many times today looking for his companion cat. At this time it is unknown if Kurts homeowners insurance will be helping him or if it was canceled as is the case with many policies in the area due to upcoming fire danger. Quite a few years ago Kurt had another home burn completely down due to a fire, for which he has still been trying to recover from. Kurt is in his late 50s and still recoving from a late passing of his life long partner. I am making this fundraiser in the Hope's helping with the multiple tragic blows in my uncles life that have left such devastation in his life. I am trying to find the means to help him to quickly get even the basics of socks and underwear. He has lost everything. So now I am reaching out to everyone that may be able to help Kurt with anything they might be able to spare, to make his life feel somewhat manageable. When tragedy strikes, and when a person is so deeply hurt and in shock it is hard for them to personally reach out for help, although he needs it I don't know he would admit it, or even dare to hope for it.
