Help Needed For Camp-Fire Survivor

Donation protected
● ♡ Your Help is Needed ♡ We lost everything we owned in the Butte County Camp-Fire, here in Northern California. Our home we were renting, furniture, clothes, photos, cameras, collectables, tools, my tool boxes, specialty electrical contracting tools, and our beloved 4x4 custom van that we've been building since 2001 are all gone. It all burned to the ground, nothing but ashes and twisted metal left, but thankfully, we made it out alive together with our two pets. The whole town burned to the ground, over 15,000 homes destroyed in one day.  We've been struggling ever since, like so many others in our community. I was healing from cancer and arrhythmias, and we were slowly doing ok. Then the fire hit. More like a firestorm, traveling at 800 yards a minute. We had to quickly evacuate with whatever we could carry with us. We went from place to place for awhile, living with old friends and neighbors, and then a temporary home for a few months with no security. That all seems like a lifetime ago. Because of our medical bills, we couldn't afford insurance, so we have no choice but to turn to this platform for help. Now we're in a home of our own, and have focused on surviving in place. We were/are attempting to build a business online which is a very slow process for us since we really aren't that web savvy, but we are slowly progressing. That is still our ultimate goal, along with opening a small store for prospecting and metal detecting here on Magalia. Along the way, I've been requested by many up here to return to electrical contracting, since there will be a shortage very soon. We also voluntarily search with metal detectors for people's valuables that they could not find with just sifting through their ash. We do this for free as a service to them. We're using high quality metal detectors, sifters, and a recirculating sluice. It's very tedious work, and it all makes for tiring days, and an extremely busy schedule, with not much time to chase resources for ourselves to pay bills or get food. We are playing "beat the clock" with the FEMA/OES clean up crews. We both feel we are called to do this work, and help out our community as much as we can. We feel very at home on the ridge, like we're part of a big extended family. It's a great community, and these people need us. We need your help. First we need our "new to us" 1986 Ford f350 ambulance repaired. We also need the roof on our garage repaired, and our kitchen floor fixed (dishwasher leaked and destroyed the sub floor). Our funds are very limited, and we are living very frugally, so we really need your help. For those of you who help us and are kind, thank you. A donation will help us immensely, and allow us to proceed to the next level in rebuilding our lives and helping others recover theirs as well. You can make a huge difference today. Please help us any way you can, so we can continue helping ourselves and others. Our plans are solid and we will rise above all this ash and tragedy together, and we will do the same for others. We're all in this together. We're counting on you. If you are not able to contribute financially, then please share this link to everyone you can. We really need your help and support. Thank you
