Nahlas Inflamed kidney treatment

Nahla is the sweetest puppy in the world. She loves to play and cuddle. Lately she hasn’t been the same perky pup, she hasn’t been going to the bathroom I tried some digestive stuff from pet smart it worked a bit but not much. Today she didn’t greet my dad when he got home and she always barks and jumps with joy when he walks in, instead she was in the closest, she won’t eat isn’t and clearly isn’t feeling good.
We took her to vet emergency. The visit alone is $160 they did do blood work and have to do xrays as of right now all we know is that her kidneys are inflamed and she needs meds they also want us to come back and that’s another visit fee plus whatever else they need to do for her.
We literally have no money to pay for this. If there is any way you can help, anything will do it would be very much appreciated. This puppy is my baby prayers up please
