Jaylan's Kidney Transplant Fund

I was 23 and living a normal life. I was starting my career and aiming to eventually start a family with my beautiful girlfriend. Over the weekend I had extremely blurry vision and overall didn't feel well. I went to the ER and found out that I was experiencing Renal Failure. They did a renal biopsy on me which almost killed me because my kidney was so deformed from the unknown disease that they did not pull any cortex, but instead the medulla and I almost bled out. The results came back inconclusive which is unheard of with that procedure. All they know is that its a chronic disease that I've been experiencing since middle school most likely based on how deformed and scarred my kidney was. I am on dialysis now and the bills are piling up quickly. I cant work and my girlfriend doesnt make anywhere near enough to support two of us. Im asking that you help me in anyway possible, even if its just a dollar. I would truly appreciate it while I wait for a kidney transplant.
