Delivering A Dream

I felt uninspired, this was back in 2009 I had just dropped out of college and just felt like a complete failure. I feel like for the last 10 years I've been literally on cruise control . Just lost not knowing what to do with my life at one point I even thought about taking my life. I know that's pretty depressing but I wanted to keep it real. I lost a lot of jobs and felt like the fall wouldn't stop. Believe me when I tell you I always try to stand back up. But sometimes I didn't believe it would last long. It was almost like it was self-sabotage because of my mind state and of course that is my fault. That and I didn't take care of me as well as I should have. In 2016 I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder after a couple years of a up-and-down battle I finally starting to understand that i had no love for myself. So over the last 2 years I really started looking into myself. Trying to understand what can I do in this world? How can I make an impact? I realized from a lot of my friends and family members that opening up a conversation with others was something that I felt confident in. Then it hit me one day (yes I know it's cliche) during a podcast I frequent it's called tigerbelly which is a really funny podcast along with The Joe Rogan experience and I realized I like listening to them? why not do it myself and not only that why not try to make a brand? I'm not trying to be super duper famous but I believe that I can bring something to the table. One of my dreams is I can make an impact in my city and be able to help other's. A lot of my community has so much talent in the Kansas City metro area and I feel like with my platform I can make opportunities happen. I've had different business owners on here from pro wrestling promoters to small mom-and-pop model shops. Comedians and local people who open up the door of conversation. My motto is anything on the table, anything on the menu. I want to create a dialogue that can show not only the beauty of my city but can also show different personalities, different upbringings, and the different topics that people are afraid to speak on. My brother and I started this project on delivery doing a food service, on a cell phone, on a recording app, and still evolving. scraping together any money I have to buy microphones and audio boxes and whatever we need for promotion. I know I chose a path that is very expensive and very challenging. But for once, I actually believe I am capable of making this vision possible. The reason why I made this GoFundMe is because I want to evolve this idea into actual reality and to be honest with the current equipment I have it's only a matter of time till I need to upgrade. I've heard the terminology ask and you shall receive. I need a helping hand whether it's $0.50 or even a penny it would help me greatly to improve upon this podcast make a path to make and a real business like selling merchandise and doing community events it's a long list of things I want to do. I know I'm just some guy asking who may be strangers but know I am putting blood sweat and tears in this and giving this my all. My name is Anthony Anthony Williams 1/2 of the deliverybros and I promise to put my heart and soul in this.
