Help me pay for surgery for my dog!

Hi, my name is Sara and my little yorkie is my entire world. We rescued her off the side of the road when I was 11 and ever since then she’s been my best friend. She licks my tears away when I’m crying and she sleeps right beside me every night. She stays with me 24/7 when I’m home and when I’m away she’s the first one to greet me when I get back. Her name is baby which fits her well considering she is 2 pounds and still looks like a little puppy. I’m 18 now and I took her to the vet by myself for the first time. She is 7 years old so I was a little nervous going in knowing there’d be some problems due to her growing older. The vet told me that she had two things she wanted me to consider. She said first she wanted me to consider getting her to a orthopedic specialist for dogs because her legs are starting to bend outward and she could find it harder to walk in the future but that’s not her biggest concern. She said her legs were something that could be handled later down the road but needed to be monitored. Her biggest concern was her teeth. My sweet baby is in pain every time she eats and I didn’t even know. She has so much build up where her gums meet her teeth that her gums are being pushed upward and it’s very painful for her. She also has an infection in her mouth where puss is coming out of one of her gums. I had no idea about this problem and I wish I would’ve taken her sooner. She wanted me to consider getting surgery for her to get rid of the infection and taking out her teeth. She said it would stop the pain she felt. She showed me pictures of my dogs teeth and I immediately started crying. I just can’t believe I didn’t notice. She said an estimate for how much the whole surgery would cost to remove the infection and her teeth would be $1,000. I have a car payment right now as I just got a car. I have a job right now but it would take me a while to raise the money. I just turned 18 four days ago and my family doesn’t have a lot of money as it is. I do not expect much but I am extremely grateful for every penny I get. She is my whole heart and I absolutely can not imagine my life without her. Any help is appreciated greatly even little prayers. I can send vet records for anyone concerned about the legitimacy.
