Help for Helen

My mother-in-law, Helen Ferguson, just recently suffered her second stroke. The artery going to her brain is 99% blocked. She requires surgery to clear the blockage but does not currently have health insurance. The surgeon requires payment before the surgery can be performed. She will also face other expenses related to the stroke that will have to be paid out of pocket until she can receive disability and be enrolled in medicare.
