Bonnie Over the Ocean

I have been selected to become a People to People Student Ambassador to Europe. Next summer, I will join a delegation of students my age on a 19-day educational program that will take us through England, France and Italy.
Our curriculum will teach us about the history, culture, and people of the region. After all, there is no better way to learn about culture than to experience it firsthand, through home stays and school visits. We will be led by experienced teachers and engage in a wide variety of cultural encounters and adventures. We will get to interact with a member of the British Parliament, visit the beaches of Normandy, gaze in wonder at Stonehenge, the Coliseum and the Parthenon, and reach heights beyond my imagination in the Eiffel Tower and the London Eye.
