150km Row for Mental Health

This July, a crew of four rowers will complete a 150km row to raise money for Minds Matter and supporting the ongoing RTHM Campaign. Completing the distance over two days, 75km a day, the crew will aim to do three times the longest British Rowing Race, the Boston Marathon. We picked this distance due to every 3 in 100 people suffer from Depression in the UK, therefore raising awareness of the scale of Mental Health within Britain.

Inspired and hopefully promoting RTHM campaign as well, we aim to raise as much money as possible in a short period, any donations big or small is massively appreciated!
