12k for Jake

It has been over a year since we lost one of our very best at Eastfield Primary School. Jake Taylor was a much loved and sadly missed pupil of ours. Jake tragically passed away whilst on holiday with his family in Summer 2019. Jake has left a huge dent in his family and our Eastfield Family.
We would like to dedicate a memorial garden in memory of Jake at Eastfield Primary School, where family and friends can visit and remember Jake. The garden will be used by the whole school community; it will provide a place to have story times and somewhere for children to reflect in a calm and peaceful environment. We have already raised some money that will be put towards the development of the garden and with the money raised through ’12k for Jake’ we are hoping to have a bench made in memory of Jake, for the community to use within the garden.
Fundraising Challenge
We are hoping you and your children will join us to raise as much money for Jake’s Garden by completing 12km’s throughout the month of February. You can complete your 12km’s in anyway you want to, this could be biking or walking to and from school, walking your dog and even running! We are kindly asking for your sponsors to kindly donate through a ‘Go Fund Me’ page set up in aid of this cause. Let’s see who can complete the challenge…get moving, get fit with Team Eastfield!
