12 yr old Markus has kidney failure

This is my 12 yr old nephew Markus.  Several weeks ago Markus started having severe health issues which led to the diognosis of Acute Kidney Failure. 

The doctors are continuing to do more and more testing but have not yet been able to find the cause of his kidney failure.  While they have ruled out lots of possabilities, we are no closer to  understanding why.

Currently my brother is laid off from his job, and they have 3 children. With the countless dr appointemnts, hospital visits etc their family is now under severe financial strain.  Not only are they not in a position to give the kids the Christmas  they want, they are nearing the possability of loosing thier home!

Family is trying to pull together to get some gifts for the kids for the holidays, but it's tight for everyone and we can only do so much between a few people.

Any help at this point is greatly appreciated!  Anything raised will go to help the family with medial expenses, travel expenses for Markus's appointments and hopefully a little help with thier mortgage to ensure they can keep thier home!
