12 Days of Christmas Giveaways

This Christmas, the greatest gift you can give a child is a home.

 

It's a time of year when we all want to give back, so to bring it full circle I'm giving back to those who donate to this fundraiser with 12 Days of Christmas Giveaways on https://www.instagram.com/nadia_dailyself/

I've chosen to donate all the funds raised to Focus Ireland to help support over one thousand families that will spend this Christmas in emergency accommodation. Becoming homeless is every family’s worst nightmare, but sadly the numbers of families without a home has been steadily rising over the past number of years. Over 2,500 children in Ireland will spend this Christmas living in emergency accommodation.

 

Every day with the support of donors, Focus Ireland help one family escape homelessness.

So, every day donations have a direct impact on the families who use the service.

 

Focus Ireland believe that everyone has a right to a place they can call home.

This Christmas, the charity needs our support to ensure this vision can become a reality.

This year to date, Focus Ireland has supported 880 families out of homelessness and 3,000 children across their services. The charity is working hard to support these children and relies heavily on public donations to ensure it can carry out its work. This is our chance to help, with some prizes for you as a thank you!

 

87c of every euro donated to Focus Ireland goes directly to the wide range of services Focus Ireland provides. They believe homelessness is wrong and they are committed to not only preventing homeless but also breaking the cycle of homelessness, ensuring that when someone exits homelessness, they do so for good. This is done by not just giving them a home of their own but also providing the wrap around service to sustain their new home. Once someone is housed, Focus Ireland don't step back, they remain as a constant support for as long as they are needed. Donations provide all services, support workers and Focus Ireland housing units with the tools and supports they need to be there for those who need them.

 

Every day with the support of donors, Focus Ireland help one family escape homelessness. But for every family they help, there is another waiting. Donations allow us to be there for these families and help secure a home of their own.
