10-year Anniversary Treatment-Free
Donation protected
Hey there! Hope your holidays are fun and filled with family and friends. It's actually coming to my 16th birthday soon, but I'm more excited about my ten years off treatment. Sometime before my third birthday I was diagnosed with Leukemia, a blood-based cancer. But thanks to the help at Palmetto Hospital and Phoenix Children's Hospital, I'm perfectly healthy. Though I'm fine now, I remember how lonely the hospital could be, and how cold those beds were. This Christmas season, I hope to be able to donate to both hospitals so they can buy some new toys for the children, and maybe even bring in some blankets to keep them warm. The best part of my time at Palmetto's was snuggling under a warm fleece blanket after a round of chemo, and I want to give other kids that chance this year. Hopefully by January 15th I'll have raised enough money to send donations to both hospitals and their patients. It would mean the world to me if you could help out this Christmas and bring the kids some treats for the new year. Also if you're in the Phoenix area and would just like to donate the materials instead of money, the hospitals need the blankets and toys still in their package due to the kids' compromised immune systems. Contact me and I'll arrange a pickup. Merry Christmas!
