10K run, followed by a firewalk!

On Thursday, November 7th, not only am I doing my first 10K since being in my 20s (a long time ago!), but I am finishing it off with a firewalk! Yes, I am walking barefoot over a bed of hot embers!
Why am I doing these crazy things?!?! I am doing them to raise much-needed funds for a fabulous animal sanctuary, Sheep Sanctuary.  Sheep Sanctuary loves and cares for at least 150 animals every day: cows, sheep, goats, geese, chickens, pigs, alpacas, donkeys, turkeys, and so so many more!
I am a regular visitor to the sanctuary and have seen and helped with the incredible work they do, to give these beautiful creatures the lives they deserve, away from the horrors of the industry they are born into.
Please help me raise funds to buy 100 bales of hay to help see them through the winter. Each bale costs £3, so if you sponsor me for £3, that's 1 bale of hay bought. Or if you sponsor me for £15, that's 5 bales! Anyway, I'm sure you can work out the maths :) Every penny counts and all is soooo appreciated. Thank you xxx
