1 yr old DOG HIT BY CAR! X-Rays and Vets info here

2 days ago i was rushing to get to vallarta market in Burbank 5 minutes before they closed. my friend and i  were outside my RV parked outside 10741 Sherman way in sun valley ca. i was going to take my dog Eddie with me, as i usually take him everywhere i go, but he was having fun playing and my friend asked if he could please keep playing with eddy and watch him while i ran to the store. i reluctantly said yes because i don't like anyone besides myself being the sole responsible person for Eddie. But, i agreed, and went to the store. less than 15 minutes later i had returned to find out that Eddie had chased his ball into the street, because it accidentally had taken an awkward bounce in to the middle, where he was then hit by a silver Nissan Altima. this was a hit and run. Eddie  has both a fractured left front and left back leg, and a fractured rib. i have gone to every possible clinic, and called every possible financial assistance organization, with no success . since this was a holiday weekend and the incident occurred on sat night, its been impossible to find anyone to even take a look at him without astronomical upfront fees. i took him to true pet in studio city, and i was in complete schock when they tried to use my love for my dog against me by telling me they were going to put him to sleep or i would have to pay for his release (illegal). they wouldn't even give me advice on how to care for him in the meantime. money money money was all they could speak of. yes its a business, i understand their main objective is to generate profit. but at least show a bit of compassion..tomorrow i have an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon in OC where i will be litterally handing over my last $200 for new x-rays and to devise a treatment plan. the doctor estimated the surgery to be around $1,500 - $2,000. i am only able to come up with$500 because my company has taken a tremendous loss in business since the "corona virus" has struck. here's a link to my companies yelp. https://www.yelp.com/biz/we-haul-los-angeles-4?osq=we-haul. Eddie is my best friend in the world i have been with him every moment of every day since he was 6 weeks old. i cant imagine life without my boy.
