Welcome to our 24hour hero wods for New Year’s Eve page!
Our challenge is to conduct 1 Rifles Hero WoDs for 24 HOURS continuously starting New Year’s Eve and finishing on New Year’s Day!

Who is this for?
We’re challenging ourselves with this because we want to raise awareness (and money!) for charity. Specifically for Downs Syndrome Association and Care for Casualties which both have a place in our hearts.
