11 Million steps for Gary

After beating cancer twice our good friend Gary Kennedy lost his battle for life, in Beaumont hospital in the early ours of Thursday the 16th of April. This was a huge shock to his family, friends and community of palmerstown. We have spoken to his family and they have given us their blessing into organising a fundraiser in Gary's memory. We are raising money for Dr Grogan oncology department at Beaumont hospital at the wish of Gary's family. We are a group of Gary's close friends and Gary played a big part in all our lives. Our aim is 11 our Gary's friends to take 11 million steps in 100 days from Friday the 24th April. Gary was the life and soul of the party, he was funny, intelligent, entertaining, caring, sociable, and if was writing this himself he would say good looking too. In our eyes Gary never lost his battle to cancer, Gary beat cancer twice like a real life super hero. RIP legend we love you.
