Justin, a father of two children (ages 13 & 6) is suffering from end stage renal failure (Stage 5) due to an immune-related condition called IgA Nephropathy.  He is currently on dialysis.  He needs a kidney transplant in order to stop dialysis treatments.   Dialysis treatments and medications (currently 12 prescriptions) are not completely covered by insurance, and the medical bills are accumulating.
