Eye Surgery for Jedi

My 2 year old hedgehog Jedi has a mass above his eye. He was born blind but that has never stopped him. I have done antibiotics and pain meds after seeing a vet but he has only gotten worse.
They recommend surgery to remove the mass. Ive included the estimate for anyone interested.
Please help me save my little buddy.
