Expecting Family Lost $10,000 in 4 Car Collision

An expecting family in Ottawa has experienced a terrible loss financially and emotionally after a snow squall (blinding weather conditions) in 4 car collision occurred the early morning of February 25th, 2019.
Around 8 am driving up Woodroffe Ave, expecting mother and father Leah Phillips & Mike Edgar were blinded by a heavy duty truck carrying a trailer which slid into the middle of the highway and caused a 4 car collision.
The airbags were deployed and the seat beats strength was so strong that it cut through the mothers winter jacket. Leah was taken immediately to hospital via ambulance due to risk to her unborn child. Right now the hospital is doing their best to monitor the soon to be mother and her baby, but still aren’t sure of the damage it has caused to the baby. Both are suffering from severe whiplash and injuries and will be needing time to recover.
Their newly bought car which was valued at $10,000 is now severely damaged and will not be able to be fixed, the family is at a total loss and this was their entire savings gone in the blink of an eye.
This family NEEDS your help desperately as their insurance does NOT cover any of the costs of the vehicle, towing or recovery time. This is because no one was at fault from weather conditions being so terrible, and this insurance company mistakenly miscommunicated that their coverage was not collision.
