Our mission at Evening Star Productions is to produce creative works, both original and recreated, that inspire the community to elevate their level of consciousness both internally, and externally through the presented subject matter. This mission has served us well for the 11 years that we've been in existence, including the 5 years that we've had residency in Charlotte.
We have been blessed to have wonderful productions come through the area that has either sold out completely, or have come very close (A Raisin in the Sun, The Fantasticks, and Clybourne Park, just to name a few.)
If you have received the email that eventually lead you to this page, it is because you have been a valued patron, you've seen the shows that we've presented, and seen our earnest effort to bring quality theater to you, or you've inquired about the company. We consider you to be a part of our family, and we would like to humbly ask you to help us continue our tradition of bringing quality, thought-provoking theatre to you. Here's how you can help:
In the upper-right-hand corner, you're going to see our requested goal amount for our next production (which also includes administrative overhead costs), while it may seem like a large amount for a community theatre production, this is the minimum that we need to achieve our next production. Please help us continue on with our mission to share our shows with the wonderful community of Charlotte!
We'd also like to briefly mention that while we are grateful for any amount that you choose to give, there are reward levels too! When you donate the allocated amount, we will send you the described gift (within two to three weeks of your donation)
