Everytown for Gun Safety

Tax deductible
On January 25th, our beloved husband, stepfather and grandfather became a victim of gun violence, as he was killed by a single gunshot wound to the chest while walking to Starbucks in Palm Beach Gardens. Only a few weeks later and 45 miles away, there was a school shooting in Parkland, FL, where 17 victims lost their lives. Our family has deep ties to Parkland, FL, where some of us attended and graduated from Stoneman Douglas High School.

Unfortunately, our last month of unimaginable heartache is not unique. There are millions of people in this country that have been affected by senseless gun violence. It's time for this to end. We don't want to live in a world where we have to worry about our children’s safety while they're at school, a mall, a movie theater, or anywhere else.

Like many others across this country, we are committed to doing our part to help end gun violence.

Our family has started this GoFundMe page to raise money for Everytown for Gun Safety, a charitable organization started by Michael Bloomberg that is committed to helping elect politicians who will support reforming our gun laws so that we can all live in a safer country. Reducing gun violence is a non-partisan issue, as no other nation on earth is forced to endure so much senseless violence.

Please join us in helping to make a difference.
