Evans Family Hospital Bill

On Thursday, January 3rd our family's life was permanently changed for the worst when my mother and puppy were hit by an oncoming car. She had been walking our dog, when it is believed he slipped loose from his collar and ran out into the street, where she pursued him. Our puppy was killed on scene, and my mother was care flighted to Miami Valley Hospital where she has undergone multiple surgeries. She remains at Miami Valley. Our family is now faced with a financial nightmare, with the upcoming hospital bills, and my mother's inability to work. We do not like asking for handouts, and we are not asking anyone to donate, but we would truly and deeply appreciate anyone who either chooses to do so, or who chooses to share this page with others.
