Friends, family, and donors, please consider giving to my fund for an intensive summer education with Finger Lakes Opera Company in Geneseo, NY this summer. The funds will be needed by and complete by June 1st, 2018 as the program begins in July and that is the last tuition payment day.
At Finger Lakes Opera I will be performing in many different career intensive opportunities for my educational goal in becoming an Operatic Tenor and my continuance as a voice teacher.
I will be performing in the Strauss operetta Die Fledermaus, singing in operatic concerts with full orchestra, Performing numerous opera scenes with orchestra, and receiving coachings from wonderful singers, teachers, and dramatic/acting experts.
The funds raised will go towards my tuition, the above opportunities, as well as my housing while in Geneseo. While with the company I will not be working other jobs which is why I am looking for help. My total tuition is $2,250- the extra $250 I am asking for is to help cover my traveling expenses and incidentals while I am there, since they are not included in my tuition. All of my time from July- August will be devoted to this opera company and the learning that I will be committing to.
