EMS Ultimate League

Eugene Middle School Ultimate. The name is self explanitory.  Our objective is for five schools to compete in the first ever middle school ultimate league in Eugene, Oregon this fall.  Weekly games and tournament play will give dozens of Eugene area youth a chance to play the amazing sport of ultimate.  Fields, insurance, jerseys and other smaller costs make running a league of our desired size quite expensive. We are asking for $3,000 to cover the budget of this coming season. This will also pay for one time fees that will ensure the longevity of EMSU-- including a $400 fee to become an IRS 501(c)(3) certified nonprofit organization.

EMSU has already begun making strides in the ultimate community. We have guest taught PE classes at local schools, hosted clinics in outreach areas, and ran Eugene's first ever middle school ultimate frisbee camp for the price of $25 per camper.  Every event falls in line with our mission statement: "To serve the Eugene Community by providing structured Ultimate and encouraging growth, sportsmanship and equity at the youth level." Please donate as much or as little as you can.  All donations will directly go to making playing opportunities cheaper for young ultimate players in Eugene.  Thanks for watching!
