Eco nappies for all- child and adult!

Our aim is to make effective, comfortable, reusable and more environmentally friendly nappies for older children & adults more widely available. In 2011, short on funds & reluctant to add more nappy waste to the ever mounting rubbish heaps, mum of two, Vicky started making larger sized, high absorbency reusable nappies for her bigger than average then 2 year old, diagnosed shortly thereafter with Aspergers/ASD. And as other parents of children with specific nappy needs and adults with incontinence discovered her products, Snuggleblanks, & subsequently Blanken Care Ltd, were founded. Our superwetter nappies, swim pants and pull ups offer dignity and comfort to older children and adults with special needs. Up until now Vicky has lovingly handmade each and every nappy, however with a rapidly increasing following, surge in demand and an every growing order book, she's struggling to keep up. We now desperately need to raise around £15000 so that we can have an initial base stock of our supersoft bamboo Superwetters, waterproof wraps and swim nappies manufactured for us. We can then focus on reaching out people whose lives can be changed by our products, making them more widely available, developing and improving existing products. Our products are more comfortable than many other options, reduce the amount of landfill, can save both consumer and council money and are highly effective and discreet.
