Mavericks NICU Stay

Little Maverick was born on December 23rd to Steven and Emily Zrust! He is so perfect, so handsome, and so sweet. Little Maverick is so perfect. Then a few hours after he was born he started to act funny. They took little Maverick to run tests and came rushing back to Steven and Emily to let them know Maverick was being transferred to the Omaha Children’s Hospital. He is needing a surgery because he doesn’t have an opening to his rectum. 
This is devastating as any parent can understand, but having to send your new baby away and not be able to hold him is so hard. They also have a 2 year old and a 1 year old at home. Little Maverick will have surgery and then be in the NICU for a few weeks. This is not only emotionally hard, but financially. Steven will be missing work and they will have to be paying for many things in Omaha. So we are asking for prayers, and financial help for this little family.
