Ethiopian Food Truck in Sweden

My name is Timenit.  I'm a refugee from Eritrea/Ethiopia currently living in Sweden with my 2 daughters, age 12 and 2.   My dream is to start my own restaurant here, serving the traditional food that I love.  I hope to begin by buying a food truck and building from there.  I have another reason for this dream.  It's not only to provide for my daughters and our life in our new country, but also to be able to send money back home and help those in need of good mental health medicine.  My brother has schizophrenia and it went untreated for decades in Ethiopia.  He is here in Sweden with me now and receiving the medical care and medication he needs to live a healthy and productive life.  I hope to one day make enough money to begin helping the mentally ill back in Africa who I know could be well if they just had access to good medicine.
