In May 2016, Ethan was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma , in which he went through
Multiple rounds of chemotherapy at Manchester children’s hospital, also enduring problems with his kidneys an having nephrostomy bags. He then had surgery to remove what tumour that could be removed from then we was told that we be travelling over to America to receive Proton beam therapy, in Jacksonville Florida, which was there for 11 weeks..... from Jacksonville we came back to Manchester to have maintenance chemo for a further 8 to 12 weeks.
Ethan then relapsed in February 2018 where was told it had spread into his bones which he had further 8 months of chemotherapy an radiotherapy in Christie’s hospital.
Ethan then relapsed again February this year, where unfortunately we was told it was in his lungs, Ethan then started chemotherapy but sadly didn’t respond to treatment an there was no more that could be done for him as he became more poorly.
Ethan then asked to be taken home, in the comfort of his home to pass away peacefully in which he did at 8.48 on 6th of April surrounded by those that loved him most
All The money that is raised is going towards giving Ethan the biggest and best send off he truly deserves, fit for the king he was
Any money left over will be going to Ethan’s 5th birthday that will be celebrated on the 20th of April
