It is with a heavy heart that I write to let you all know that Ethan transitioned to his heavenly home today. He is now at peace.

Thank you to everyone who has been supporting our family in a variety of different ways. You will never know the positive impact you have made on all of us.

Ethan Dale has been in ICU for almost 3 weeks due to seizure activity. He has been fighting for his life with his family by his side. Unfortunately, Ethan has no medical insurance. He has been moved to hospice care until he transitions to his heavenly home. 

This fundraiser is being setup to assist the family with some of the costs incurred while Ethan has been hospitalized as well as any after care that may be needed.  

It is a humbling experience to ask for assistance; however, many have asked how they can help. Please consider making a donation to his family if your heart is lead to do so.
