Esmatullah's ear surgery

Zwan Family Charity is raising money to help Esmatullah have ear surgery. He requires Tympanoplasty (repair of the ear drum)
Esmatullah was raised in an orphanage as his mother could not support him and gave him to the government. But now he is 18 and he started working to help his family. Unfortunately, during work, he was hit by construction material and damaged the ear drum in one ear. 
He is receiving antibiotic treatment in Afghanistan but requires moevment to India for the surgery.
We hope that we can raise 3300USD in order to send him to India for a surgery. This will not only help Esmatullah has a normal ear, but will also help his family since he is the main worker and the main sole provider of the whole family of 4, mentally and physically, and his mom is a widow. 

And all of the fund will go to: 
- Roundtrip from Kabul to Delhi and back with an escort.
- Cost of surgery and medical care
- Accommodation for Esmatullah and his escort
- Cost of visas
- Cost of food while in Delhi
