The Escolero's Fire Relief Fund

On the evening of Monday, June 24th, my daughter, mom, and I were at home when my daughter spotted smoke coming from the washroom into the kitchen. Thankfully, her spotting the smoke gave us the chance to get out of the house in time to save just ourselves with the clothes on our backs. Despite the fire department making it to our house in 5 minutes, the damage was done, it was later described to us as “a total loss”. The rear of the house was completely consumed by the fire and the smoke caused irreparable damage to the remainder of the house including all of our personal belongings.
Thankfully, the six of us living in our home, my mom, dad, sister, brother, daughter and myself are safe, surrounded by love and support. We lost not only our home but three furry family members, with one little survivor, Bobby. <3 We have lost all of our personal belongings due to the fire and aftermath.
This fundraiser is to help us replace the basic items that we lost while we transition into our temporary home.
A goal of $5,000 will help buy basic necessities.
Every donation, big or small, brings us much closer in our journey of going back home.
