Escaping abusive house

I live in a little podunk town in Alabama. I am genderfluid and terrified for what the future holds for people like me. I want to continue my education, but the easiest way for me to prepare for moving out there is to get a student Visa and study out there so I can have my proper licensing. I've been searching colleges and have found one in Manchester, England. I already have a house waiting for me with a couple friends! The money for this will go to....

My Visa which totals to $403
My Insurance out there (which is required for the Visa) $185 per year
 my flight out there $ 1600
Money to help me survive while im here and when I move.

I will be working as hard as possible to save for College out there, and trying to lessen the costs of everything, But I need help. Please, anything helps.
