Mia Lauren Fine is a sweet two year old who has recenlty been diagnosed with an aggressive stage 4 cancer called Neuroblastoma. The news came during a check-up at the doctors for what appeared to be constipation. After witnessing Mia in severe abdominal pain, she was quickly admitted to the hospital for tests. Over the last few months, Mia has undergone 4 chemo treatments, mutiple surgeries, blood transfusions, and daily envasive tests, all the while keeping a beautiful smile on her face.
The result has been emotionally and financially challenging. We are asking for the community to come together in helping her father Jeremy relieve some of the financial stress so he can focus his attention on Mia.
Thank you for your donations
Wishing Mia a Refua Shlema!
I know it's been a while but I wanted to share the good news. After a gruelling 15 months, mia has been allotted the word remission. Although we will still have many follow ups and are watching one specific anomaly as per her last scan, I am ecstatic.
Many many many thanks to all of you who have donated, messaged me or have supported Mia, myself and Kori through this turbulent time. A very special thank you to the staff, doctors, nurses and social workers at the Ste Justine oncology ward. May this be the end of Mia's nightmare and the start of a beautiful life. B"H. Love, Jeremy
