Erosion Control - K9 Acres

K9Cola Board of Directors have heard and listened to the complaints about the erosion at K9 Acres. On Tuesday, May 1, 2018, the Board committed $3000 to fix this problem permanently.
We are partnering with Kirkwood Community College and some of their students to develop a plan to rectify this problem. If we do not take care of it now, it will just continue to get worse.
Kirkwood is supplying the manpower and expertise to help us fix this problem as well as put some of the native plants back into this area to help with the erosion.
The project will begin sometime this summer. Watch for details at k9cola.org and our facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pg/k9cola. K9Cola has agreed to pay for the materials that will be needed to complete this problem. This is where we need your help! Monetary donations are needed to cover the cost of the repair.
