Ernest Jochim's Medical Expenses

Ernest is a father of two teenaged girls.   He's an incredibly hard worker, often having three jobs to help pay for his kids to go to private catholic school., working as a teacher, a coach, a private security guard even managing at fast food restaurants to make ends meet.   He's also a loyal friend and all around great guy.  

Ernest has had heart problems on and off for years but now requires a transplant.  He will most likely need medication for the rest of his life, even after the surgery.  This medication can be very expensive and Ernest's income is limited.  His doctors have recommended reducing his work hours substantially  so that he can get proper sleep and rest, but obviously this will effect his income.
