Erik Needs Some Surgery.

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Erik Freels-Vargas. I recently left Texas to move to NYC for grad school/a job. I am a broke incoming grad student to grad school in finance so that hopefully I'll be less broke in the future. I knew moving up to NYC would be tough, however, I have found myself in deep desperation.
What I thought was going to be a simple wisdom tooth extraction turned into a much more serious diagnosis:
1) I have an infected wisdom tooth that's damaging my teeth, pressing into a nerve, and needs to come out.
2) I have an infected cyst in my left jaw that is damaging my molars and is pressing into the same nerve. I will lose all the molars in my left jaw to get the cyst removed. Removing both will cause nerve damage that will likely make me permanently lose feeling in part of my face.
3) The procedure will leave little bone in the area. I will have to get bone grafted on so that I can get dental implants screwed on in 6 or so months. Or if I can't pay for the bone grafting, I just lose those teeth permanently.
If I want to have the possibility of replacing my teeth, it will cost the full $1,531. Otherwise, to just get everything pulled/cleaned out and to permanently lose my molars, it'll cost $931.
The left side of my face has swollen up to the point where I can barely swallow, and can no longer chew solid food. The meds I have been prescribed barely take away the constant 24-hour pain. The infection is giving me flu-like symptoms. I haven't been able to sleep or eat since this all began, and will not be able to do so until I get this procedure done. Any assistance would help take me out of pain, let me eat again, and get back to a normal life.
Additionally, I just started my new finance fellowship this Monday, and have already had to take off because of this. I was working to save up for a deposit/1st months rent on an apartment up here in NYC.
Getting this procedure done will allow me to get back to work and bring in income so that I don't risk ending up temporarily without a home here. I cannot stress the urgency of my predicament or the humility of which I ask for assistance. Truly, anything will help.
Even if you cannot donate, if you have any tips/suggestions on how to navigate this predicament, I'd love feedback.
