Neck surgery

Hi my name is Deanna and I am a single mother of 4. I am trying to raise money for spinal neck surgery. I am in pain every single day and I work as a care giver for many elders and I take care of my kids and adopted my grand daughter. I live on a very limited income. I am in need of this surgery badly. Without it I could easily walk off the stepp wrong or fall down and become paralyzed from my neck down. I have bone spurs penetrating into my spinal cord. I need this surgery asap.
