Eola Hills Charter School

Eola Hills Charter School is a public charter school that caters to students with social, emotional, academic and/or behavioral challenges that keep them from being successful in a standard public learning environment. The staff at Eola Hills is dedicated to making sure every child succeeds in their education regardless of what they have been labeled with and what their past is.
Our school building burned down in October of 2013 due to a contractor roofing over the boiler room vent. We did not own the building so we we only received insurance money for the contents. We have since been "living" off of that money while we try to put together a permanent site. Our staff and students moved to 4 different temporary locations over 3 years and have finally had almost a full school year in our forever home.
We are alomost in the clear for this fiscal year, but the costs of putting our site together have depleted our general operating budget. We are now just $15,000 short of making it through this fiscal year which end June 30th.
