End of Life costs for Jay Langford

Friends and Family,

We are reaching out to you because we have started a GoFundMe page to help pay for Jaynel "Jay" Langford's End of Life costs. Jay's wife, Erin, as well as other close family members, have been dealing with the physical, mental, and financial stress of providing care for him throughout the last 16 years of his declining health while he suffered from many illnesses such as cancer, kidney disease and a series of strokes. Although the family tried to secure a life insurance policy for him over the years, his medical status always prevented him to get approval for any type of coverage.

Jay has always been known to be a funny man and the life of the party  and would always talk to anyone about anything, anytime. However, with Jay's health rapidly deteriorating, he is entering the last stages of life: he has stopped eating, stopped speaking clearly, has loss the use of his arms and legs, and is home on Hospice Care with a final diagnosis expecting his life to end any day now. Without insurance or benefits to cover the enormous costs of Jay's medical and funeral costs,  we are asking everyone to come together to help Jay, Erin, and his family get through this difficult time.
